Her professional experience includes being a licensed Realtor-Associate since 1989, an agent at Pacific Union Residential Brokerage, Marin, since 1994, and a member of the Marin Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Golden Gate University. For over 20 years, she sold systems and negotiated major contracts while working for AT&T and a number of start-up companies in the hi-tech industry. She also managed sales and service organizations and was a marketing director as well.

Caleen is married, owns a dog and a cat, enjoys reading, all kinds of music, tennis, the ocean at Maui, the sea at Cabo, and the mountains of Tahoe.
